Do you offer coupons?

Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer free standard shipping on continental U.S. orders of $65+ with code FREESHIP. Additional shipping options can be found on our shipping page.  

Where do you currently ship orders?

We currently ship to the domestic U.S. and several international locations. If your desired shipping destination doesn’t appear at checkout, please send an email to support@madetoremember.co and we will look into it!

What happens after I place my online order?

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a follow-up email with shipment tracking information. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an online order is placed, we are unable to change or cancel the order. Please double-check your items at checkout. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@madetoremember.co.

When will my order ship?

It typically takes 3-5 business days to process your order. If your order is placed after 12PM EST on Thursday, it will be processed the following Monday. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by just a few days. 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

For standard shipping within the domestic U.S., your order should arrive in 2-8 business days. Estimated delivery times for other shipping options can be found on our shipping page. Please note that estimated delivery times for shipping are in addition to processing.

Do you sell gift cards?

We offer e-gift cards in a variety of denominations that can be purchased for use in our online store. 

Can I be notified when a product is back in stock?

Enter your email address on the product page and you will receive a direct notification when the product is back in stock. Subscribe to our email list and you will also receive notifications about restocked products.

Returns


Do you have a return policy?

Like-new products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the original shipping cost. For full details about the return policy and process, please visit our returns page. Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return. 


Can I exchange a product?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time, but your satisfaction is our greatest priority! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email us at support@madetoremember.co.

What happens if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please send an email with your order number to support@madetoremember.co and we will take care of it!
